I'm Shaun. Nice to meet you!

I’m a Fitness Trainer in the Sacramento, CA area and father of two amazing children, as well as your source for Crussis Scooters and OctaSUP Paddleboards! I have 11 years of life-changing experience in various forms of Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bootcamps, Nutrition education, Gym Sessions and more. I motivate and coach people on how to create healthy habits, make positive lifestyle changes, and help my clients stay focused on their goals.

My love and passion for fitness & health stem from lifelong participation in team sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball and cross country running, as well as extreme sports- water skiing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, cycling, inline skating, martial arts & my favorites—

For years I had been challenged with health issues involving weight gain and hypothyroid disorder. Overcoming this motivated and inspired my personal goals and career focus around sharing fitness, nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle.

As a professional fitness trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and your individual fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health goals.

2009 graduate of The National Personal Training Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. I began my fitness career with Bacara Resort & Spa of Santa Barbara, California, providing personal training, oceanside and studio group fitness classes, and guided hikes.

After relocating to my hometown in the Sacramento area, I became the sole Fitness Instructor at the local Planet Fitness. My services were available for all members and I instructed over 7,600 fitness classes and individual exercise design programs.

I launched my own company to focus on better serving my clientele, while also allowing me to spend more precious time with my growing children. My home-based studio is well equipped with a dynamic variety of exercise equipment to assist clients in reaching their specific desired results. We can also take fitness outdoors and enjoy what parks and nature have to offer, the ability to exercise anytime or anywhere! Being a well-rounded trainer is beneficial to any client as everybody and every ‘body’ will have unique individual needs and goals.
