Fitness Training for ALL ages, Fitness Levels & Health Goals!

Fitness Training

Your workout sessions are customized to suit your fitness level, abilities & individual goals. Exercises will be modified to work around any previous or current injuries, conditions & pains. Working together as a team, we will increase strength, cardiovascular health, muscle tone, bone density & metabolic efficiency, while burning calories, fat & striving to reach all of your health goals. Training will grow in difficulty & intensity over time while practicing safety & proper body mechanics. Your program could include such things as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), circuit training, Olympic lifting, free-weights, balance & stability, bands, slam balls, core, flexibility & much more!

I’m not here to judge you or transform you into someone else. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.– Shaun Olander

What to Expect ?

Come Prepared to SWEAT—ON DAY 1!

Yep, that’s right—just because it’s the 1st day of class doesn’t mean it will be a waste of your time.

If you don’t have professional workout clothes—That’s OK.

Just wear something comfortable that allows you the greatest range of motion, and is comfortable to wear when you perspire.

And if you’re looking for good workout clothes, I’d be happy to suggest some stores and brands.

Typically, we will do your initial weigh-in & take your measurements (Upper Chest, Chest, Waist, Hips, Right/Left Thighs, Right/Left Arms) on Day 1, then follow-up with a weigh-in & measurements every 8-10 sessions. Each time you’ll leave with a print-out of your Body Composition Analysis—which is a comprehensive break-down of your: Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat % / Mass / Range, Visceral Fat Rating, Body Water % / Mass, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate, Metabolic Age, & Physique Rating.

Why all the data? Because results matter.

It’s easy to ‘feel’ like you are or aren’t making progress, but this data will provide you with the facts. After all, it’s hard to notice that you’ve lost ¼” off your waist or gained 1lb of muscle! This data will answer those questions.

The equipment used with your workouts will vary based on your specific needs.

Footbike Training

Have fun getting fit at any age or fitness level with a new dimension of healthy, natural, full body, muscle toning and cardiovascular exercise!

When you ride your CRUSSIS footbike, you’ll be strengthening muscles, tendons and other connective tissue in your legs, back and abdomen. When you ride with a good rebound technique, you’ll also be strengthening and shaping the arms and shoulders, particularly the biceps, triceps and deltoid muscle. As you tone and shape these muscles, you’ll achieve improved appearance, strength and health.

Miner’s Ravine Trail  (Roseville)

The Miners Ravine Trail winds its way through the city of Roseville, following the course of Miners Ravine and Dry Creek through a wooded greenway and among suburban neighborhoods and business districts. American River Bike Trail  (Rancho Cordova)

The American River Bike Trail (aka the Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail) hugs the banks of the American River as it flows through riparian habitat preserved by the American River Parkway. The trail runs for 36 miles between Discovery Park in Old Sacramento and Folsom Lake’s southwestern banks at Beal’s Point. The trail is shaded and mostly level with some rolling terrain. Along the way you’ll pass through several parks and swimming areas, as well as through the suburban areas of Sacramento. Footbike sessions will start at Sunrise Boulevard trailhead and can either ride towards Sacramento for an easier more level ride, or towards Folsom for more hills and increased challenges.
