Yep, that’s right—just because it’s the 1st day of training doesn’t mean it will be a waste of your time. Wear something comfortable that allows you the greatest range of motion, and is comfortable to wear when you perspire.




Body Composition & Analysis


Typically, we will do your initial weigh-in and take your measurements on Day 1, then follow up with weigh-in and measurements monthly. Each time you’ll leave with a printout of your Body Composition Analysis, a comprehensive break-down of your Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Body Water Percentage, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate, Metabolic Age, and Physique Rating. Why all the data? Results matter. It’s easy to ‘feel’ like you are or aren’t making progress, but this data will provide you with the facts.




Training Equipment


The equipment used with your workouts will vary based on your specific needs. Dynamic Exercise Equipment Available: Olympic Lifting Rack, Dumbbells, Bars & Weights Bosu Balance Trainers & Stability Balls Resistance Bands, Kettlebells & Battle Ropes Slam Balls & Medicine Balls Air Bike & Air Rower Punching Bag Footbikes, Paddleboards & more!

Personal Training

I offer professional fitness training designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Your workout sessions are customized to suit your fitness level and individual goals. Exercises will be modified to accomodate any previous or current injuries, medical conditions and pains. Working together as a team, we will increase strength, cardiovascular health, muscle tone, bone density and metabolic efficiency, while burning calories, fat and striving to reach your health goals. Training will progress in difficulty and intensity over time, while practicing safety and proper body mechanics. Your program could include such things as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), circuit training, Olympic lifting, free-weights, balance and stability, bands, slam balls, core, flexibility and much more!

Footbike & Paddleboard Training

Footbike or Paddle your way toward your health and fitness goals while enjoying nature's beauty! Both sports are among the best full-body calorie-scorching workouts, utilizing almost every muscle in the body! Challenge both aerobic and muscular fitness, as well as balance and stability. Whether you're paddling waters or kicking along bike trails, both feel less like work and more like FUN, so you’ll get a great workout without really feeling like you’re working out!

Liability Waiver

ALL Fitness, Footbike & Paddleboard services are REQUIRED to sign a Liability Waiver.

Refunds

Fit By Shaun strives to provide the best possible service to clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with services provided, we will be happy to issue a refund for services not performed. If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded for the unused sessions and services.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received at least 8 hours before your scheduled training session in order to avoid being charged for that session. Fit By Shaun understands that emergencies happen. Every client is provided with one free short-notice cancellation. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if notified prior to the session start time. No-shows are not eligible for the free cancellation. If you need to cancel a session, please call Shaun at (916) 509-0602
