First & foremost—I’m a Father of two amazing children.

Professionally, I’m a Fitness Trainer & Nutrition Advisor in the Sacramento, CA area. I have 8+ Years of life changing experience in various forms of Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Bootcamps, Nutrition Education, Gym Sessions & more. I motivate & coach people on how to create healthy habits, make positive lifestyle changes, & help my clients stay focused on their goals in health & fitness. My love & passion for fitness & health stem from lifelong participation in team sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball and cross country running, as well as extreme sports- water skiing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, cycling, inline skating, martial arts & my favorites—Footbiking & Paddleboarding!

For years I had been challenged with health issues involving weight gain & hypothyroid disorder. This motivated & inspired my personal goals & career focus around sharing fitness, proper nutrition & a healthy, active lifestyle.

8+ Years Experience

Graduate of The National Personal Training Institute of Santa Barbara, CA—I began my fitness career with Bacara Resort & Spa of Santa Barbara, CA—providing personal training, ocean side & studio group fitness classes, & private guided hikes.

After relocating to my hometown of Citrus Heights, CA—I became the sole Fitness Instructor at Planet Fitness in Citrus Heights, CA. My services were available for all members & I instructed over 7,600 fitness classes & individual exercise design programs.

I launched my own company to focus on better serving my clientele, while also being able to spend more precious time with my growing family. My home-based studio is well equipped with a dynamic variety of exercise equipment to assist clients in reaching their specific desired results. Or we take it outdoors & enjoy what nature & our city has to offer; the ability to work out anytime, just about anywhere! For me, being a well-rounded Trainer is beneficial to any client as everybody & every ‘body’ will have unique individual needs & goals.
